Volunteer Services

Those who volunteer at Latrobe Regional Hospital get a kick out of giving.

Our 45 regular volunteers assist in many different ways: from making cuppas and lending an ear, to driving patients to medical appointments or maintaining wheelchairs, LRH volunteers have it covered.

Additionally we have a small army of helpers that assist with fundraising events and activities, when it’s all hands on deck. In the past year volunteers have assisted with events including the LRH tin rattle, fun run, tax appeal and gala ball, helping to raise more than $500,000 for the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre and medical equipment.
